PurposeTo examine associations between retinal vascular geometry (tortuosity, branching coefficient [BC] and length–diameter ratio [LDR]) and diabetic proliferative retinopathy (PDR), nephropathy, and peripheral neuropathy in patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus (T1DM).
