Purpose Osteochondral lesions of the talus are common injuries, and many clinicians consider arthroscopic debridement and microfracture as the first-stage treatment. This study assessed the long-term clinical and radiographic outcomes of arthroscopic debridement and microfracture for osteochondral lesions of the talus.
