Large, perfect CdGeAs₂ single crystals grown by the Bridgman method are used to refine the lattice parameters (a = 5.9410(8) Å, c = 11.2104(17) Å), atomic coordinates, thermal parameters, bond lengths, and bond angles of CdGeAs₂ .
