BackgroundDue to a lack of diagnostic possibilities, diagnosis of a patient with acute poisoning represents a challenging task for emergency medical services. This observational study aimed to obtain a general overview of the patient collective diagnosed ‘intoxication’ by the crew of the rescue helicopter of the Christophorus Helicopter Emergency Medical Service (C-HEMS).
