BackgroundAfter transcatheter aortic valve implantation, early leaflet thickening, presumably reflecting thrombus, has recently been described on computed tomography angiography (CTA) in ~10% of the patients. We sought to investigate the impact of the antithrombotic regimen on the course of leaflet thickening.
