BackgroundThe focus of this applied research is in the descriptive examination of mental strains on executive managers and specialized employees in predominantly knowledge-based occupations (e. g., project work). The data are acquired from monitored interviews by in-house risk assessment of mental strain. With the introduction of a further methodical step, emphasis is also placed on the significance of inward-individual, external-social, and organizational health resources for task accomplishment.
