A 100-Gbps, time-, frequency- and wavelength-division-multiplexed OFDMA passive optical network upstream scheme

This paper introduces a 100-Gbps, time-, frequency- and wavelength-division-multiplexed passive optical network upstream scheme based on the employment of orthogonal frequency-division-multiplexing access and scalable transmitter frontend technique. The feasibility of the proposed scheme is experimentally demonstrated over 50-km standard single-mode fiber using 32-QAM mapping.
