Deriving coverage ratio from target area is one of the crucial issues in wireless sensor network. In this paper, we consider the issue of deriving area coverage ratio related with non-uniform sensor distribution environment. In order to measure area coverage from wireless sensor area, partitioning is a simple solution to enhance the result time. We applied an asymmetric method on the partitioning part to split the sensor set more efficient. After partitioning, we calculate the coverage ratio with the asymmetric partition information and Monte Carlo simulation. We compare the symmetric and asymmetric method in same partition numbers.
