PurposeEpidermal growth factor receptor inhibitors such as panitumumab are associated with characteristic skin toxicities. We summarise data from three panitumumab clinical trials to investigate the potential impact of skin toxicity on quality of life (QoL) in patients with metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC).
