Guizhou province is a typical Karst area, and the suitable transportation network is the development breakthrough of logistics. From the transportation perspectives, we adopted grey correlation analysis to do quantitative analysis on the four influence factors, which are total freight volume in Guizhou and the freight volumes of road, railway, water and civil aviation in Guizhou according to the Karst characteristics. On the basis of the analysis results, we draw a conclusion that the main factors to hinder the logistics development of agricultural products are the poor road network environment, the lower infrastructure construction, the old transportation network, the low degree of industry integration and the relative narrow industrial chain. Then we proposed the corresponding countermeasures to promote the healthy and rapid development of agricultural products in Guizhou province.
