ObjectivesEvidence of the accuracy of predictive tests in confirming the presence and grade of upper urinary tract urothelial carcinomas (UUTUC) is limited. We present the largest series evaluating the diagnostic value of pre- and intra-operative parameters in the detection of UUTUC.
