Background A significant barrier to organ transplantation is the cellular rejection that occurs and mediated by antibodies, T cells, and innate immune cells. This study was aimed to determine the number of CD4+CD25+Foxp3+ Treg, CD4+IFN-γ−sup>IL-17+ Th17, CD4+IFN-γ+IL-17−sup> Th1 and CD4+IFN-γ+IL-17+ Th1/17 cells in renal transplant recipients (RTR).
