Influence of lithium content on the electrochemical performance of Li<sub>1+xsub>(Mn<sub>0.533sub>Ni<sub>0.233sub>Co<sub>0.233sub>)<sub>1鈭?span style='font-style: italic'>xsub>O<sub>2sub> cathode materials

摘要
Li-rich Mn-based Li<sub>1+xsub>(Mn<sub>0.533sub>Ni<sub>0.233sub>Co<sub>0.233sub>)<sub>1鈭?em>xsub>O<sub>2sub> (x = 0, 0.045, 0.09, 0.135, 0.18, 0.225) materials have been prepared by a conventional solid-state reaction. XRD, SEM and half-cell tests are investigated on the influence of Li content. Pure phase can be obtained when Li-excessive value x keeps between 0.045 and 0.18. The initial efficiency (Q<sub>1dsub>/Q<sub>1csub>) almost keeps the same level of 70%for different Li-excessive samples. Li<sub>1.045sub>Mn<sub>0.509sub>Ni<sub>0.223sub>Co<sub>0.223sub>O<sub>2sub> sample shows highest discharge capacity of 259.8 mA h g<sup>鈭?sup>. Li<sub>1.09sub>Mn<sub>0.486sub>Ni<sub>0.212sub>Co<sub>0.212sub>O<sub>2sub> sample exhibits the best rate capability, and almost no reduction is observed after 24-time cycles in different discharge current density.
