Green photocatalytic synthesis of Ag nanoparticle-decorated TiO<sub>2sub> nanowires for nonenzymatic amperometric H<sub>2sub>O<sub>2sub> detection

摘要
Ag nanoparticle-decorated TiO<sub>2sub> nanowires (AgNP-TiO<sub>2sub> NWs) have been successfully fabricated through a green photocatalytic process, carried out by irradiating the mixture of AgNO<sub>3sub> solution in ethanol and pre-formed TiO<sub>2sub> NWs under UV light. Such nanocomposites exhibit remarkable catalytic performance toward the reduction of H<sub>2sub>O<sub>2sub> and this H<sub>2sub>O<sub>2sub> sensor shows a wide linear range of 0.1 mM to 60 mM (r = 0.991) and a low LOD of 1.70 渭M at a signal-to-noise ratio of 3.
