The functional investigation of vasomotory takes into account the two kinds of regulation: neurologic and vasculotropic. The techniques of microcirculation investigation (capillaroscopy, velocimetry laser-doppler, plethysmography) allow by dynamic tests to appreciate the exacerbation of the basal vasomotor tonus (acrocyanosis, algodystrophy), the thermic reactivity (tests at colding in vascular acrosyndromes), the amplitude of plethysmographic signal at warming (digital arteriopathy), the neurovascular dysregulations (neuropathies, algodystrophies), the veno-arterial reflex (arteritis, neuropathies, venous deficiency).
