Introduction. – A choice of surgical techniques of treatment for trapeziometacarpal (TMC) Osteo-Arthritis (OA) have been described. Total arthroplasty is often used, especially in France. Many papers have been published, presenting various prostheses. In English literature, this device is not thoroughly used.
