Lung cancer can present as a solitary nodule, a mass or an endobronchial lesion. Benign tumors of the endobronchial tree are uncommon but are included in the differential diagnosis of lung cancer. We present two particularly rare benign endobronchial tumours 鈥?an endobronchial lipoma causing atelectasis and an asymptomatic schwannoma or neurilemmomma, discovered on endoscopy.
