Introduction
Peyronie's disease is a fibrotic lesi贸n of the t煤nica albuginea of the penis. Our objetive is to evaluate a new surgical technique where we use a double t煤nica vaginalis graft in the correction of this pathology.
Materials and methods
8 patients were operated with this technique. It consisted in resection of the plaque in 6 cases and incisi贸n of the plaque in 2 and, finally insert the t煤nica vaginalis graft. All patients had severe penile curvature and did not respond to conservative treatments by a period of 6 months to one year.
Results
The curvature was corrected in all cases. We observed a recurrence in one patient 14 months after surgery. We observed erectile failure in 4 cases and they were treated with sildenafil. We did not observe inmediate postoperative complications or aneurismatic dilatation of the graft.
Conclutions
Double t煤nica vagianlis graft was suitable and cosmetic technique. Postoperatory is brief and well tolerated.
