Multiple sign-changing solutions for fourth order m-point boundary value problems

摘要
In this paper, we study the existence and multiplicity of nontrivial solutions for the fourth order l2">le="text-decoration:none; color:black" href="/science?_ob=MathURL&_method=retrieve&_udi=B6V0Y-4J6WP1W-2&_mathId=mml2&_user=10&_cdi=5659&_rdoc=6&_acct=C000050221&_version=1&_userid=10&md5=54b5145da1be4b8867347ab3c3d59b47" title="Click to view the MathML source">m-point boundary value problems. Making use of the theory of the fixed point index in a cone and the Leray–Schauder degree, under general conditions on nonlinearity, we prove that there exist at least six different nontrivial solutions for the fourth order l3">le="text-decoration:none; color:black" href="/science?_ob=MathURL&_method=retrieve&_udi=B6V0Y-4J6WP1W-2&_mathId=mml3&_user=10&_cdi=5659&_rdoc=6&_acct=C000050221&_version=1&_userid=10&md5=889383c9eb07e8188d214b9b87a6e1f1" title="Click to view the MathML source">m-point boundary value problems. Furthermore, if the nonlinearity is odd, we obtain that there exist at least eight different nontrivial solutions.
