摘要

Growth conditions for pure and Al³⁺-doped Tb₃Ga₅O₁₂ garnet crystals by the Czochralski method have been established. The growth protective atmosphere, changes in the lattice parameters with various dopant concentrations, segregation coefficient of Al³⁺ in Tb₃Ga_5−xAl_xO₁₂ crystal, absorption and transmission spectra in the wavelength range of 400–1100 nm as well as the Faraday rotation and magneto-optical figure of merit in 532 nm are investigated.
