摘要

Background: Hemodynamical information obtained by transcranial Doppler sonography (TCD) and intraarterial digital subtraction angiography (ia-DSA) is of clinical importance before operation of intracranial aneurysms (An). The purposes of this study were: 1. to assess the cerebral circulation time (CCT) in patients with aneurysms; 2. to examine the relationship between the CCT and mean flow velocity (mFV) of the middle cerebral artery.
