-factorizability and 蠅-uniform continuity in topological groups

摘要

In this paper the concept of property is introduced in topological groups. The main results are that (1) every Lindel枚f topological group and every totally bounded topological group have property ; (2) a topological group is -factorizable if and only if it is an 蠅-narrow group with property ; (3) -factorizable groups are preserved by open continuous homomorphisms, which gives a positive answer to a problem posed by A.V. Arhangel始ski谋虒 and M. Tkachenko.
