摘要
From magnetization measurements at T=20mK on two bulk samples of Cd1−xMnxSe (x=0.59% and x=1.15%), four distant-neighbors antiferromagnetic exchange constants have been measured. The results, in order of decreasing strength, after the two J's for nearest-neighbors pairs, are −0.35±0.01K, −0.20±0.01K, −0.10±0.01K, and −0.08±0.01K. These results confirm the long-range character of the distant-neighbor exchange interactions in the Mn-based II–VI diluted magnetic semiconductors.
