摘要

We show the synthetic procedure of colored magnetic films composed of Prussian blue analog-based magnets and their magneto-optical effects in the visible region. Magnetic thin films of (M = Co, Ni, Cu) are prepared on transparent Nafion membrane by an ion-exchange process and these films exhibit Faraday effect due to d–d transition of M^II. The film-type of is electrochemically prepared by reducing aqueous solutions containing three compounds of K₃[Cr(CN)₆], CrCl₃, and FeCl₃. These films display magnetization-induced second harmonic generation below Curie temperature.
