<p>It is now possible to use new treatments to correct, partially or totally, most of the secondary damages of cerebral palsy, and so to rub out or better delete spasticity, one of the primary symptoms of cerebral lesions, often dreadful in spastic diplegia. As a consequence, we are involved in the management of troubles of the cerebral motor command and paresia. In this aim, five out of 45 analysed video footages show a typical pattern of the sequential walking phases in diplegic patient. It can be a reference and become an objective for our management. For our clinical description of this walking so-called referential, supported by clinical tests focused on neurological command, we can carry another point of view for our therapeutic indications.
