摘要

Four new one-dimensional coordination polymers containing the dimetal cluster Cu₂(OAc)₄ have been synthesized by reacting Cu(OAc)₂ mg src="http://www.sciencedirect.com/scidirimg/entities/22c5.gif" alt="dot operator" border=0> H₂O with two different me="mml35">method=retrieve&_udi=B6W6W-4GBD6YS-2&_mathId=mml35&_user=10&_cdi=6609&_rdoc=12&_handle=V-WA-A-W-AZ-MsSAYZW-UUW-U-AABZWEYDBW-AABBYDECBW-CADZAEYZW-AZ-U&_acct=C000050221&_version=1&_userid=10&md5=c37c904b153529ea11267139c9abc886" title="Click to view the MathML source">N,N^′-bidentate ligands. Reaction of the flexible ligand, 1,2-bis(4-pyridyl)ethane (L₁), with the copper starting material produced two, co-crystallizing coordination polymers: catena-Poly[Cu₂(OAc)₄(L₁)] mg src="http://www.sciencedirect.com/scidirimg/entities/22c5.gif" alt="dot operator" border=0> 2H₂O (1) and catena-Poly[Cu₂(OAc)₄(L₁)].
