The nature of σ, κ, a0(980) and f0(980)

摘要
Masses and widths of the four light scalar mesons σ, κ, me="mml26">method=retrieve&_udi=B6TVN-4KTN8V6-3&_mathId=mml26&_user=10&_cdi=5539&_rdoc=5&_handle=V-WA-A-W-AY-MsSAYZA-UUA-U-AAZCBUBZYU-AAZWYYVVYU-VBBWVEDB-AY-U&_acct=C000050221&_version=1&_userid=10&md5=6dd294d7b91e1b30bb8c177863f5aa93" title="Click to view the MathML source">a0(980) and me="mml27">method=retrieve&_udi=B6TVN-4KTN8V6-3&_mathId=mml27&_user=10&_cdi=5539&_rdoc=5&_handle=V-WA-A-W-AY-MsSAYZA-UUA-U-AAZCBUBZYU-AAZWYYVVYU-VBBWVEDB-AY-U&_acct=C000050221&_version=1&_userid=10&md5=414695e0bbf0f0efcdb2e08382aa4256" title="Click to view the MathML source">f0(980) may be reproduced in a model where mesons scatter via a me="mml28"> loop. A transition potential is used to couple mesons to me="mml29"> at a radius of me="mml30">method=retrieve&_udi=B6TVN-4KTN8V6-3&_mathId=mml30&_user=10&_cdi=5539&_rdoc=5&_handle=V-WA-A-W-AY-MsSAYZA-UUA-U-AAZCBUBZYU-AAZWYYVVYU-VBBWVEDB-AY-U&_acct=C000050221&_version=1&_userid=10&md5=16036d0a61db9fabaf68dfb701e4a4e8" title="Click to view the MathML source">0.57 fm. Inside this radius, there is an infinite bare spectrum of confined me="mml31"> states, for which a harmonic oscillator is chosen here. The coupled-channel system approximately reproduces the features of both light and heavy meson spectroscopy. The generation of σ, κ, me="mml32">method=retrieve&_udi=B6TVN-4KTN8V6-3&_mathId=mml32&_user=10&_cdi=5539&_rdoc=5&_handle=V-WA-A-W-AY-MsSAYZA-UUA-U-AAZCBUBZYU-AAZWYYVVYU-VBBWVEDB-AY-U&_acct=C000050221&_version=1&_userid=10&md5=a37ee0a9db8b8d32130eb39dd2a77443" title="Click to view the MathML source">a0(980) and me="mml33">method=retrieve&_udi=B6TVN-4KTN8V6-3&_mathId=mml33&_user=10&_cdi=5539&_rdoc=5&_handle=V-WA-A-W-AY-MsSAYZA-UUA-U-AAZCBUBZYU-AAZWYYVVYU-VBBWVEDB-AY-U&_acct=C000050221&_version=1&_userid=10&md5=2bd0e54249d7cf9eb8ce47064550cbc3" title="Click to view the MathML source">f0(980) is a balance between attraction due to the me="mml34"> loop and suppression of the amplitudes at the Adler zeros. Phase shifts increase more rapidly as the coupling constant to the mesons increases. This leads to resonant widths which decrease with increasing coupling constant—a characteristically non-perturbative effect.
