摘要
Twelve samples from three Antarctic lake cores in the Schirmacher Oasis (East Antarctica) were selected for dating by a method using infra-red stimulated luminescence (IRSL). A spectral study of the luminescence signal from coarse grain plagioclase feldspars by a high sensitivity TL/OSL spectrometer using a CCD-camera showed four wavelength maxima, and the comparison of the equivalent doses (DE) measured at these wavelength, namely 280, 330, 410 and 560 nm, yielded different values. The ages were calculated using DE obtained at 560 nm.
