摘要
TiO2 microspheres with porous frameworks have been prepared by controlled hydrolysis of Ti(OC4H9-n)4 with water generated ȁc;in situ” via an esterification reaction between acetic acid and ethanol, followed by hydrothermal treatment. The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy, and nitrogen adsorption–desorption methods. The TiO2 microspheres, with diameters ranging from 100 to 500a0;nm, were constructed by pure anatase particles with average crystalline size of 16.4a0;nm. The formation of porous structure might be related to slow hydrolysis under ultrasound irradiation. The formation of unique anatase should be attributed to the presence of SO42− ions.
