摘要
The study of the cytotoxicity activity of natural killers (CA NK) was carried out in 11 patients with paranoid schizophrenia (PS), 19 patients with shift-like schizophrenia (S-LS), 20 patients with schizo-affective (SA) and 7 patients with affective (A) psychosis during the acute stage of decease and 11 controls (C). Some of PS, S-LS and SA patients were examined after treatment with psychotropic drugs. The data obtained during the acute stage of decease showed the decrease of CA NK in all groups of patients (P < 0.01) compared with C. The most alteration was found in schizophrenic patients (P < 0.01). It has been revealed that CA NK in PS and SAP patients depended on duration of decease. After treatment the insignificant increase of CA NK in studied groups of patients was found. The study of the distribution of patients with high and low level of CA NK allowed to demonstrate the accumulation of persons with high level of CA NK among PS patients after treatment. The correlations between clinical and immunological parameters are being discussed.
