Introduction: LAK activity represents a function of lymphoid subsets with cytotoxic activity against tumoral cells. At present it is not clear if LAK cells belong to Natural Killer (NK) subsets or represent different subpopulations with a particularly high specific antitumoral activity. The aim of the study was the identification of Lymphokine Activated Killers (LAK) cells specific mRNAs.
