Lung cancer is the leading cause of death of tumor origin in developed countries. The initial signs of lung cancer may vary, and we may find patients who are asymptomatic up to those presenting signs and symptoms of metastatic disease. We report the case of a lung tumor with absence of respiratory problems, where the diagnosis was made from a cutaneous metastasis.
