摘要
FB1 was rapidly eliminated from the central compartment (timageβ = 1.1 hr; K10 = 1.6 hr−1) and levels less than 20 ng/ml remained within 8 hr after dosing. The short half-life for terminal elimination phase (timageβ) was not related with a high total plasma clearance (CL = 0.071 L/hr). The fate of FB1 is still unclear, but our results might to support the hypothesis that a FB1 portion undergoes metabolic activation. Further investigations will be necessary to provide this information.
