摘要

The objective of this paper was to gain the physical condition of 394 medical workers in Shenyang Orthopedics Hospital. Methods:Adopting IC card testing system of GMCS-III type body constitution named 鈥榟ealthy people鈥?for adults. We tested the body shape and physical constitution for every group. Results: Most of the data of physical constitution in among the groups had obviously discrepancy. Conclusion: With age, most of the data for men and women decreased. Heart and lung function, reaction time didn鈥檛 decrease obviously. In the flexility and compatibility, women were better than men. Middle-aged didn鈥檛 have good inhabit of body-building, which should be enhanced in the future.
