摘要

The unique continuation property of eigenfunctions to a Stokes-Oseen operator in with boundary conditions is generic with respect to -coefficients. This implies that generically each equilibrium solution to a 2-D Navier-Stokes equation is exponentially stabilizable by a tangential boundary controller.
