摘要

Introduction: Human CD59 is a well known complement inhibitor that binds to the C5b-8 and C5b-9 terminal complement complexes (TCC). Like other GPI-anchored proteins CD59 has been shown to be located in detergent insoluble membrane microdomains and form complexes with protein kinases. In this study we looked for novel TCC-binding proteins from the GPI-complexes.
