Porous microstructure modification of La1 鈭?#xa0;xSrxCoO3 (0 鈮?#xa0;x 鈮?#xa0;1) ceramics via Sr content

摘要
La1 鈭?#xA0;xSrxCoO3 (0 鈮?#xA0;x 鈮?#xA0;1) ceramics have been prepared by a solid-state reaction method. Crystal structure has been checked by X-ray diffraction and the results indicate that the rhombohedral phase of La1 鈭?#xA0;xSrxCoO3 turns into cubic phase in the range of Sr content x = 0.3-0.4, and the lattice parameter continually increases with increasing Sr content. La1 鈭?#xA0;xSrxCoO3 (x 鈮?#xA0;0.8) ceramics with cubic phases have been synthesized in air. Microstructure analysis shows that both the grain size and the pore size enlarge, the grains are more well-bonded and the quantity of grain boundaries becomes small with increasing Sr content. The change of porous microstructure with different Sr content has been discussed preliminarily.
