摘要
To enrich pesticide risks assessment methods, and show the need to consider herbicide attributes as an essential component of natural enemy protection in biological control practices, the impact of sublethal doses of paraquat on survival, emergence, longevity and parasitic behavior of the Diaeretiella rapae M'Intosh ( Hymenoptera:Braconidae) was studied.Research results showed that the field dose of paraquat caused 100% mortality to D.rapae.The emergence percentage of D.rapae decreased from the control group's 80.5% to 71.5% even treated with the lowest concentration of paraquat,as well as the longevity of new emergent adults decreased significantly. The oviposition capability of D.rapae decreased significantly along with the inhatbiting time in searching area shortened and ovipositor thrusting frequency declined.Research results also showed that paraquat couldn't change the type of functional response, but the parameters of functional response were significantly changed, handling time (Th) was prolonged and the attack rate (a') declined.
