摘要
To solve the structural defect,bad wear resistance and difficult replacement and maintenance etc,structure and material on entry side guide of finishing mill was optimized.The results of field experiment indicate that,as a result of structure and material optimization on entry side guide of finishing mill,the reliability and stability of the equipment is ensured,the replacement efficiency is improved 5 times,the operational lifespan of working block is 1.5 times less than before,and the operational lifespan of supporting block is 3 times more than before,which can get good economic benefits.
