摘要
In this work,the TiO2 film was commendably coated on the surface of glazed ceramic by the sol-gel method and the phenol was degraded efficiently with TiO2 film coated on the inner wall of ceramic tube.Compared with glazed ceramic,surface of unglazed ceramic is hackly and not fit to be applied as substrate of TiO2 film.Appearance of Al and extremely non-uniform thickness of film will decrease the photocatalytic activity.However,with TiO2 film coated on glazed inner wall of ceramic tube,removal of phenol were 36.58 % and 98.36 % for initial concentrations of 118.90 and 1.83 mg/L respectively when the reaction ran 20 min in the tube.So,TiO2 film coated on the inner wall of ceramic tube is fit for degradation of corrosion contaminants and terminal purification of water.
