Since Xingtai Earthquake occurred on March 8,1966 with M7.2,Premier Zhou Enlai called for the public surveying and preventing of the earthquake,in order to reduce nature disasters. Under the correct guideline,natural disaster reduction was achieved successfully to some degree. Haicheng earthquake with M7.3 of Liaoning Province,Song-Pan earthquake with M7.2,and JiJi earthquake M7.6 of Taiwan were predicted in time. Many famous scientists and prediction experts come forth. For example,Li Siguang,Weng Wenbo and Fu Chenyi et al. They are outstanding scientists and set forth one's views.Weng Wenbo predicted the natural disaster many times. Talented young men and women are trained to carry on the career. There appear many new methods and theories for forecasting disaster. For example:Drought-earthquake,Infrasonic waves,Three planets on line,Harmonic resonance waves of tidal,Infrastructural analysis of geomagnetic field method,Commensurability method,pick up characteristic information,Hot stress field of satellite thermal infrared,Solar storm and moon twice method,Red swelling theory,Gas-thermal hypothesis,Earth outgassing et al.
