摘要
In alkaline aqueous media the effects of environmental factors, electrochemical stimulation and doping anions on the corrosion behavior of conductive polypyrrole (PPy) films were studied using cyclic voltammetry (CV),fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) measurements.High concentration electrolyte, low dissolved O2 and low temperature are good for the PPy’s stability.Polarizing PPy film at a negative potential can inhibit its corrosion obviously.PPy films doped with large size counter anions show better corrosion resistance performance than those doped with small shaped counter ions. The possible mechanism involved in the PPy’s corrosion process was discussed.
