摘要
Definitions of natural, modified, reconstructed and bonded amber were presented and explained.The general key for identification of natural and modified Baltic amber using FTIR in mid, and for the first time, in far infrared region is shown.The role of Raman spectroscopy in identification of amber was presented.The application of mentioned above spectroscopic methods in identification of amber was disused.
