摘要
With the increasing percentage of low-permeability, tight formation, hydraulic fracturing is becoming more and more necessary and profitable all over the world. This trend requires reliable tools to evaluate the effectiveness of hydraulic fracturing and how it contributes to further reservoir management. HFM (Hydraulic Fracture Monitoring) serves as this role. This paper introduces the business value HFM brings to the industry, its underlying mechanism and its workflow.
