摘要
A comprehensive investigation on water quality of Taihu Lake was conducted in October 2008.Upon the in-situ measured data obtained from the cruise, primary research on some important water quality parameters has been done in this paper.Firstly,Taihu Lake was divided into optically shallow water area and optically deep water area based on the water depth and transparency data.As two important water-quality parameters, chlorophyll a concentrations(CHL) and total suspended matter(TSS) concentrations were used to develop proper estimation algorithms by using in-situ remote sensing reflectance(Rrs). Results show that TSS can be estimated by several empirical model including three-band,two-band and single band model with little influence by the depth and aquatic vegetation.Two-band model for CHL estimation shows great deviation in optically shallow water area, but gives better results in optically deep water area.Primary research gives us elaborate description on water of Taihu Lake and also founds solid basis to perform further study on water quality parameters estimation algorithms in future.
