摘要

To control the eutrophication degree of Poyang Lake,approaches were proposed in study from two aspects——to strengthen the management right of lakes and to prevent and control water pollution,such as:to establish an agency with comprehensive management function and rights,to strengthen water-saving awareness and measures,to control non-point source pollution using methane utilization as a link,and to enhance the construction and management of sewage treatment plant both in industrial zones around the lake and in towns.
