摘要
Ultimately, the safety improvement objective is to create a positive safety climate and a culture in which safety is a driving value.But if we look realistically at many organizations, we often see issues such as low trust, poor communication, and mixed management credibility.Many leaders are failing to address hazards and front-line employees are often not engaged.How do we change all that? How do we create a culture in which safety really is a driving value? This paper looks at the role culture and climate play in safety, and how leaders can shape their organizational culture for powerful safety performance.
