摘要
NIPPON STEEL & SUMIKIN ENGINEERING (NSENGI) has developed a variety of energy-saving technology.In this paper,NSENGI's energy saving system and equipment will be introduced.(1) Only BFG operation can be easily achieved by adopting NSENGI's hot blast system which consists of heat recovery system with high recovery efficiency,additional burner,and high combustibility top-combustion hot stove with metallic burners.(2) The energy generation in TRT can be improved by adopting Multi-Vessel Electrostatic Precipitator type BFG cleaning system.(3) New type BF charging equipment has the simple mechanism and compact size due to innovative tilting mechanism,which resulted in the reduction of Reducing agent rate (RAR).
