摘要
A new method of wastewater treatment of pollutants in beer brewery is given.With adsorption of the IAC-2 adsorptive technology (chitosan and expedient microbes technique),it is effective to remove phosphorus,proteins and carbonhydrates.The optimum pH is 6.5-7.5,cycle duration of 1 h.The average COD and phosphorus of the effluent are 91 and 0.5 mg/L,respectively, the high and stable removal efficiency could reach more than 92% COD and 95% phosphorus.The experimental results show that the quality of the beer brewery treated wastewater can attain to the national requirements of the first grade of integrated wastewater discharge standard (GB 8978 - 1996).The treating cost is RMB 0.60 yuan/m3,the treating system is convenient managed and reliable operated.
