摘要
电离室类区域Ⅱ型γ剂量率监测仪是核电站辐射监测系统重要组成设备,用于监测换料时燃料操作平台及乏燃料池表面环境γ剂量率。自设备运行开始故障不断,频繁出现各种缺陷。据统计,在维修历史记录中,80%的检修活动中都发现不同程度的故障,可靠性低。本文从该设备的运行实际状况出发,总结系统设备运行情况,对故障进行总结、分析,对该通道的重要组成部件进行深化检修处理,结合现场维修经验,提出优化方案,针对重点问题,进行研究并对结果进行验证。对该类仪表存在的故障进行深化检修,保证通道的稳定运行。
        The typeⅡ region γ dose rate meters of ionization chamber which are in charge of monitoring the γ dose rate of refueling platforms and the surface of the pools when refueling are an important part of radiation monitoring system in nuclear power plant, but breakdown frequently since running. Different of application failures were found in 80% of maintenance history. The reliability of this type of monitor is very low. This article is based on the actual operation situation, and also summary and analysis all fault. Overhaul to important components and optimization scheme based on maintenance experience contributed to the research and also prove the result. Overhaul to the fault of this type of monitor and keep it running stable.
